We manage focused investment funds that we view as primary wealth funds for the long-term. Our flagship fund, the AsiaGlobal Fund (the "Fund"), generally invests in listed equity securities globally with an emphasis on companies that are well-positioned to benefit from ongoing economic development in Asia, irrespective of location of listing or company headquarters, and without the use of leverage. The Fund has a focused portfolio strategy and seeks to concentrate capital on our highest conviction ideas. The Fund's objective is to grow capital over the long-term.

The Fund continues the investment strategy successfully employed for more than eight years, over which the Fund and its prior founding portfolio returned a compounded annual growth rate of over 28% per annum.* The Fund's founders remain invested in the Fund and are committed to co-investing with external investors.

Our funds have investor-friendly fee structures that are designed to provide transparency to investors and align their interests to long-term performance of the funds. The Fund has a longer-term performance fee structure subject to an absolute return performance hurdle.

Our funds are only open to institutions, family offices and high net worth individuals who qualify as Professional Investors under Hong Kong law. Client assets are custodised with and administered by independent professional parties.
